8 weeks strength and conditioning training
• Technique and form
• Nutritional advice
• Facebook support/discussion group
• Strength and fitness testing
• Measurements and progress pictures
• 3 sessions per week
• 7am Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
• Additional programs (homework)
• Max 20 people
• $23p/w for Urban members – $49p/w for non-members (Combine with The Contender Bootcamp for $72 p/w, all up!)
