OUR COMMITMENT: Figure out what your exact goals are for the challenge and how we can help you achieve those goal.
To communicate as a group via Facebook with a variety of content from nutrition, workouts to motivational and inspirational clips.
To follow up with you individually through the 8 weeks to ensure you are keeping integrity with your commitment.
